Return Policy


Product Appreciation Period

HOOMA.tw provides a 7-day return/exchange period in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Pleaseconfirm whether the product meets your needs within 7-days once receive yourpurchase. (The buyer should bear all the return shipping cost).

 

Discounted item /Personal hygiene product (including underwear, shocks) are not subject to exchange or return,please reconsider your order before proceeding to check out.

 

Return andExchange Policy

Returned items must be unused and clean.The Consumer Protection Act guarantees a 7-dayappreciation period only for consumers to confirm whether the product meets their needs— It is NOT a trial period of the product. If any item needs to be returned, please keep the original packaging (including the inner/outer packaging bags and carton). Otherwise, it will not be accepted for return/exchange.

 

n   Replacement of defective products: Defective items will be screened to make sure products are not being used or being intentionally damaged. After the screen check, we will send new product to your address within 15 business days.

n   Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

1.         After 7 days of product appreciation period.

2.         The product has been unpacked for use, or damaged due to human factors, such as: Contaminated, damaged, scratched, dyed…..All the above returns will not be accepted.

3.         Discounted item / personal hygiene product (including underwear) are not accepted for return.

4.         Maliciousor mass returns will not be accepted.
