Multiple Payment Methods Make It Easy to Pay!
We have prepared a variety of flexible payment methods to meet different needs.
In addition, there may be limited payment methods depending on the content of the order and the event.
The payment methods are currently available as below:
1.Convenient Store Pickup (7-11, Family mart)
If you choose to pick up the goods fromconvenient store, you can pay for the goods at the designated convenient store when you receive the delivery notification by SMS or Email.
2.Credit Card for Home Delivery
Only VISA, Master Card, JCB credit cardsissued in Taiwan are accepted. Please note that the bank systems usually run updatesin the early mornings. If your payment fails to complete, please place a neworder later.
3.Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by Bank Account,please go to the nearest ATM or pay via WebATM or Internet banking within 3days after confirming your order.
4.Convenient Store Payment Code
If you choose to pay by Convenient Store Payment Code, each code can only be used for a single transaction.
Please write down the code and print the receipt out at the four major convenient store kiosks within 3 days afterconfirming your order
(please refer to code payment process and kiosk operation).
5.Cash on Delivery (Taiwan Only)
Our delivery partners are: T-Cat Taiwan Logistics and HCT Logistics.
*Please note that we DO NOT accept cash payments on the orders over NT$100,000.
6.SHOPLINE Payments System
Shopline Payments System accepts international credit card with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard(PCI-DSS).
*Hooma.com does not record customer credit card information anddoes not have access to credit card information.
