How do I join Hooma as a member?
Click on the Member icon button at the top right of the page > Sign up
After filling in the basic information, you can become a general member of Hooma.
◆ What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the Member icon button at the top right of the page > Click on "Forgot your password?".
Enter the e-mail address you used when you first joined Hooma, and the system will automatically send you a new password to your registered e-mail address.
◆ How can I change my personal information and password?
Click on the Member icon button at the top right of the page > Change your information under "Edit Member Profile" and "Set New Password" tab
> Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom right corner.
◆ Membership Level Description.
You will become a general member and enjoy special member rates on products.
◆ For new members, NT$200 shopping money will be paid on the day of joining and is valid for 30 days.
The Birthday Shopping Money will be paid at the beginning of each month and can be used for any of the month.
(Only before the end of the month)
◆ Credit for Hooma points.
Points will be automatically dispatched 7 days after the order is completed.
Points accumulated within a year will expire uniformly on 6/30 of the following year.
◆ Hooma Points conditions.
5 Hooma points = NT$1
If the order amount exceeds NT$1000, it is eligible for discount, and the upper limit of discount is 20% of the order amount
